Extended demo.sh to exercise the POST /strategies/submit endpoint: submits a momentum strategy via code, then runs it by strategy_version_id. Validates the full agent submission pipeline end-to-end.

Extended demo.sh to exercise the full agent code-submission pipeline (POST /strategies/submit → run by version_id). All 12 tests pass, demo green.
